ABOUT ME

Meet Your Therapist: Dedicated to Supporting Your Journey

CONVENIENT TELETHERAPY FOR THE CAROLINAS

I am Kendall Hall, the owner and operator of Charlotte Therapeutic Counseling, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and a Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice in South Carolina. I hold a Master of Social Work from Winthrop University and bring over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, generational patterns, and seasons of change.

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent women, women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, and individuals seeking to heal from past experiences and reconnect with themselves and others.

My work is informed not only by my clinical experience but also by my own lived experience as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman and mother. Having spent much of my life masking, navigating burnout, and experiencing the challenges of feeling misunderstood and unsupported, I understand how difficult it can be to meet the expectations of others while losing touch with your own needs. My personal journey has deepened my commitment to creating a space where women feel seen, validated, and supported in understanding themselves without shame or pressure to fit a mold.

You deserve a space where you feel understood, where your needs matter, and where you can reconnect with yourself and grow at your own pace.

MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed, honoring your unique experiences, needs, and ways of navigating the world. I integrate holistic and evidence-informed approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and mind-body wellness practices to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healing.

I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent women, women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, and individuals healing from trauma and generational patterns. Therapy is tailored to your needs, strengths, and goals, creating space to explore protective patterns, reconnect with your body, and develop coping strategies that work for you.

Rather than changing who you are, our work focuses on cultivating self-trust, honoring your needs, and building a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and aligned with who you are.

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent women, women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, and individuals healing from personal and generational trauma.

My approach honors the connection between mind, body, and emotional well-being while recognizing the unique experiences, strengths, and needs each person brings to therapy.

Together, we can explore patterns that may no longer serve you, develop supportive coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, and cultivate greater self-trust and self-compassion. I strive to create a warm, neuroaffirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, honor your needs, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Through this process, we can work toward a life that feels more grounded and aligned with your values, inner wisdom, and highest and best good, creating space for meaningful, sustainable growth that honors who you are.

Heal. Live. Love. My goal is to support you in moving beyond survival mode and toward a life that feels more fulfilling, connected, and true to yourself.
