Neurodivergence is a natural and valid part of human diversity. Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and OCD-neurotype adults often move through a world not designed for their needs—and that alone can create stress, overwhelm, and misunderstanding. In my practice, your differences are never viewed as deficits. Instead, we honor the ways your mind and body uniquely work, including your sensitivities, creativity, deep-thinking, intuition, and capacity for focus.

Many neurodivergent adults reach adulthood carrying experiences of masking, burnout, emotional exhaustion, and the impact of being misunderstood. You deserve care that meets you exactly as you are, without pressure to "fit in" or change who you are at your core.
